this app and service is great but the glass app ( never the actual my pos app itself ) always crashes and you have to uninstall it and then redownload it and then set it back up to your account which then deletes any transactions you did before uninstalling it. its not a huge deal but its not great. its been 2 years and it stil does this

Initially it ran well, but after a few days it started crashing...Updating the app and rebooting the device, didn't help. I finally, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now it works, for the moment... Not cool behaviour. If i have to reinstall it every few days, it's not practical. If it stays stable, i will change my review. UPDATE 07-05-2025 After stable use of s couple of weeks, suddenly started crashing again repeatedly. I had to uninstall it and reinstall to be functional again.

the amount of issues that's at causes has caused me to lose so much business between shutting down unexpectedly and they're just never loading again until you reinstall it which causes massive delays. or just deciding hey I'm not going to work with phones today. I swear the app has been made worse since they started offering machines cheaper just so you feel like maybe I should get a machine.
