I've been playing this game for the last 6 months, their support service is the worst, among all the issues I reported never solved any of them. Currently stock in a level that cannot pass since I haven't bought their blue crystals even though I've been paying a subscription with them, will have to spend an additional $25 just to upgrade planes and pass that level. Definitely a must-buy-to-pass game. Such a shame since the game is really good.

It's fun initially, but there's a point where they ramp up the difficulty to where you either have to spend money on upgrades or spend money on reviving after a cheap shot. Not really a bullet hell if there's no way to solve it. This game BEGS for money CONSTANTLY.

stats don't work as written, taking hit goes harder, cheaters are topping the chart of Gold League and stay there like no working dev, in contest when player finishes challenge in each stage, the contest key frequently is not rewarded, pilot must replay the stage 2 or 3 times to complete the challenge in each stage to get the key.
