Buggy. UI isn't very good. Sometimes when posting a photo, it publishes sideways. Things like the like button and cross are way too small and the feed is seemingly at random. Why are there posts from months ago about primogems on my feed? There is no option to sort by new. Other than those things, it's fine I guess. left this review over a year ago and they haven't done a damn thing.

I've been trying to log into my hoyolab account on my laptop, but every time I try it tells me too many requests. I'll try logging in again 10 minutes later but the same thing. I'll do it a day or two later, same thing. It used to work but now all I get is a small pop-up saying too many requests. I've tried closing everything, restarting my laptop, trying on a different wifi, and different sites like crime and opera. I had one of my friends log in through their laptop and it worked perfectly?!

besides using the app to get some check ins or redeem codes/ rewards, this app isn't the best at recommending posts on fyp. my whole recommendation section consists only of people "redesigning" character banner art/ character outfits or sharing if they are gonna pull for characters or not. not to mention how much stolen artwork keeps getting reposted. this is a complete opposite of what I'm interested in seeing. who cares about which character a random person, I don't know, is gonna pull for?
