Some of the purchases I've made - never received. Try to follow the steps that the app has regarding this - doesn't allow screenshots to be added even though asked for - doesn't provide link/route to manual service even though in app customer service bot says will - try to address it other ways but the app basically restarts/reloads itself instead. But had no problem taking my money. Next step is to dispute charges are this point since there's too many flaws with addressing this.

Hello, I need help saving/transferring my Merge Legends account before I change phones. My game is currently Level 25. When I press Sync, I receive Error Code 4000: “Please check your network settings and try again.” I have a working internet connection and have tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data, but Sync still fails. I do not want to lose my current progress.

Another game I loved, completely broken. You cannot save or load into the cloud, google, or fb, so when you close the game, you lose all your progress and must start over. Boo, this one was great. Would love to see it fixed though!
