When I typed the product name "Teyun Professional Q 26 Card" to search, the software only showed a series of shopping card templates and card boxes. The app is terrible. Even the interface sound card product is made in... Even products made in China can't be found? This needs immediate improvement. When users upload images for searching, they should pay attention to and understand what product they are looking for. Instead, there's no note or description provided.

If the supplier hasn't uploaded their sales information, it may not appear in the search results. You can try posting an RFQ.

I wish I could rate less. This app is trash, uses Ai for customer care. Customer care agents insulting and threatening me. I sent a report and they replied saying they didn't see any problems . Very bad app

Some of the communication tools are cumbersome. for instance, it's difficult to attach a picture to your text. I think most manufacturers through this site end up communicating through WhatsApp. also. they kind of bombard me with all sorts of products that have nothing to do with what I need. it's difficult to pair down suppliers as well but that is more due to the fact that there's so many in China. but, it is effective and they've built-in protections on payment going through the MIC site.
