CatPawNight Cat Watch Face

CatPawNight-IOV is an animated, customizable watch face for Wear OS: a black cat peeks over a windowsill in the moonlight. Its eyes follow the paw trail as it grows around the rim with your steps — at 100 % it looks down, content — and its tail sways every second.

Data fields can be freely assigned or hidden. Animations can be switched on and off individually.

The readings/metrics come from apps on your watch. The watch face only displays them, and with your watch's health and fitness app as well as a weather or calendar app there are more values to choose from.
These settings can be made either from the app or on the watch itself.
Setting them on the watch can cause trouble (metrics/data/complications pick their own tappable area) and those areas can overlap. In that case the settings have to be made from the app.

Features:

- Eyes and tail each have their own switch (settings "Eye animation" and "Tail animation") — you choose where the cat looks: down, up at the time or to the side
- Complication slots: the paw trail, readouts above the cat and in the windowsill; the trail takes providers that deliver a value with a range, the others any short text
- Nothing to set up first: out of the box the readouts above the cat show heart rate, steps and calories (from a calorie app on your watch, otherwise unread notifications), the windowsill shows the battery
- Set the eye color on its own, apart from the time
- Color settings with 15+ colors each plus an "As Designed" reset
- The included background photo can be shown or hidden, own images are not supported
- Always-on display: only the cat's outline, its eyes, the time and the date remain, dimmed — no readings, no motion
- No permissions, no network access, no data collection
