I appriciate the app, it's good. But I have a complain, it's the fact that we (customers) cannot see the reason as to why our orders are cancelled. I'm fine if the driver or resto might want to cancel, but at least give concrete and fair reason. If not, then there is no accountability and I cannot be sure at all if my order will be ever delivered or not. Like I've waited for 20 minutes but then it says that the order is cancelled. It's pretty unfair for the customer.

Today I tried booking a car. The price was $22.10 and I clicked to look for driver. During the booking process, the app went offline. When it restarted I tried booking again and the app pops an error message saying I cannot book multiple times, with no indication that the initial booking went through. I then booked car through Grab, which was cheaper by 5. When I went down 2 cars arrived. I honoured the Gojek ride and paid other driver $4 cancellation. This app is unstable and unreliable.

go food: will be good if it has something like a 'hide' option for each restaurant, so we can set to hide the restaurant that we don't want to reorder in the future , I keep ordering food that I don't like the taste just because the restaurant is close enough to my place and has good product illustration. like and don't like is relative , so it's different with restaurant 'ratings'. the 'hide' feature just needs to be applied to each user account and not impacting other users,
