First, this game was really good. it didn't give too many ads, but I keep getting kicked out of games, and i keep getting a penalty. I lose over 100 diamonds. Sometimes, the game freezes, and you get kicked out and can't join the game you were in. This game needs some more updates. Especially when it's freezes or you get kicked out, they need to make it when you rejoin. You can get back your game

The last couple of days, the game has frozen up continuously. After going out of it and back you are at the same spot but it freezes again. if you can't get it you are penalized and charge coins. Also I don't like playing to 100 points, 150 was perfect. You need to fix this or I will change to another Domino's game. Bty I'm typing this for my girlfriend, she can't make a comment on her app.

Please provide more information about the issue you are facing with the game. Is it not opening at all, or is it getting stuck when you try to start a match? Kindly share your girlfriend's user ID found in the game settings if she can access the lobby screen.

I could enjoy the game more than I do, but it seems like you want me to spin the wheel for coins all the time because I'm losing and I can see the game is meant to do that. Ohh and you love playing ads everytime in between games but ads that force automatically take you out of the game, I'm not happy because this game turned into something I don't recognise anymore. If you programmed the game to make lose just so I can watch more ads, just know that I am not watching any more of your ads.

We're sorry to hear that. We'd like to clarify that game results are not manipulated to make players lose or watch more ads. If you're experiencing ads that are closing the game or causing issues, please contact us at contato@jogatina.com with more details so we can investigate.
