So this promised to be able to locate a lost or stolen phone. Put in the number I wanted to track, paid the money for the trial then nothing, no way of tracking the number. Followed the instructions to cancel the subscription and it doesn't show up in payments and subscriptions so now I'm worried that they will take the £40 monthly fee. If someone reads this from the developer, please cancel my subscription with urgency. Thanks.

I am so disappointed. Misleading is the best word for it. They state u get 3 days free trial , I didn't subscribe, but yet still 29.99 deducted from my account. U can't cancel . it's a dead-end road. Don't even look at the free trial. Guys, just scroll pass. They will just get your card info and start taking your money !!!! Seems like it's not a legit business! I need to be canceled and refunded !!!!

Hi there! Please note that when you start a subscription with us (either Premium or a free trial), it will renew automatically until you cancel — we warn about this on the purchase screen. You can manage and cancel the subscriptions in your Google Play account or reach us at famio@gismart.com so we can send you the relevant instructions.

Do not download this app. it's a scam, a fraud. Once we have subscribed to this app, we cannot find any way to get rid of the paid subscription. So far the app has deducted the subscription twice. Unlike all other paid subscriptions, the subscription cannot be cancelled from the app itself. Not from the Play Store and neither from the web version because it does not allow you to login in their web version.
