The app works but still need some work. We use this app a lot to check for our schedule and it sometimes takes a lot of time to start which is a little bit annoying. It lacked the possibility to buy credits on it before the trip. The possibility to pass the level test on the computer is nice but not very user-friendly. A return of the web version of the app would be nice because it is not very convenient to check the informations before the trip (especially the billing, the schedule is fine).

I love this app. It was extremely useful during my trip with EF. You can basically find everything in it- your schedule, avaliable activities, grades..etc etc. Anyway- I recommend it!

Unlogical navigation. Essential things can't be done. eg: For an insurance document there is a whole page explaining what needs to be uploaded. No mention how though, Seems you have to create a ticket, and then you don't hear a thing for a month. Another document is rejected. No possibility to correct. Only mention is to open it on the PC??? And then it is verry difficult to get a reply when you contact somebody...
