Busy Kids: Russian Reading

Help your child read and speak Russian through play. Busy Kids: Russian Reading (known at home as «Буковки») teaches children aged 2 to 7 to read Russian by syllable chunks, from the very first letters to whole fairy tales, with Uni the unicorn as their guide.

The app speaks two languages. Choose Russian or English for each child: the games, stories and voice follow along, and the Word Workshop can even mix both in one phrase. A gentle way to keep Russian alive in a bilingual family, with English reading as a bonus.

WORD WORKSHOP - THE HEART OF THE APP
A talking keyboard: your child types any word and every letter speaks. The word splits into chunks, then Uni hops across them and reads each one aloud. Type Russian, English, or both at once (МАМА CAT), and record the reading as a video to send to grandma.

Try it free: every day each child gets "suns" - 3 a day for one child, 2 each for two or three children (one visit to an activity costs one sun). Premium unlocks everything: unlimited play, all friends and up to 10 profiles. Choose a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase; the monthly plan has a 3-day free trial and the yearly plan a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions and purchases from earlier versions carry over. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage them and turn off auto-renewal in your Google Play account settings. Stickers are never sold for money: kids earn them with stars.
