The website is excellent enough. So this app is mostly redundant. I heard it logout people and forgets language settings. Thus I think normal website is doing better job. It is also easier to make bookmarks and do forward backward navigation in a normal browser. I was hoping for some minimal changes, like menus and filters to be integrated into side bar or top bar and be there always. The top bar never disappears when scrolling, this consuming space.

This is the best swiss business. I am a very loyal customer for a decade and I've tested almost every service. The service is professional, fast, over the top and really overall excellent.

Previously had issues with getting a bundled code (Pragmata). The customer support is great, but there seems to be an issue with the team responsible for sending the actual bundled code to the customer. I have otherwise only had good experiences with Digitec but this last case had really soured my experience because I had contacted customer support 2 times before this and was promised a code within 14 days from the 8th May, which I still haven't received at the time of this review.

We're really sorry that you have so much trouble communicating with our customer service. This is not our standard and not what we aim for. Unfortunately, we as the app team don't know the details of your case. Therefore we urge you to contact the customer service again - as infuriating as this may be.
