Only bad experience. 1. Many drivers in Istanbul tend to take advantage of tourists. The app doesn't give a possibility to submit any feedback. 2. If a driver arrived to a wrong pick up point and started a ride, you won't be able to see location details or even cancel your ride. 3. Many errors when trying to pay by card. I tried 3 different banks, and it didn't work. You won't know until your ride is finished. 4. If you send / give money directly to a driver, it doesn't guarantee that you paid

The app seems to be showing a wrong passenger location to the driver even if it was selected as a pin on the map. Payment takes ages to complete. The app doesn't boot without full location access. Sometimes even with location access one needs to restart it to get it to start. Once you choose the destination, there is no way to change the start of the trip. You need to cancel the entire thing and start over. Terrible UX overall.

If it were possible, I would give 0 stars. This was an extremely disappointing experience and by far the worst I have ever had with a taxi service. The driver charged me approximately double the price that was shown in the app. Even worse, he used a trick and gave himself a 5-star rating from my phone without my permission. I have contacted your support team multiple times regarding this issue, but I have not received any meaningful response or solution. The lack of customer support is just..
