I bought the Bissell 2596Y Wireless Crosswave in 2015. I registered then and haven't logged on for awhile and it shows no registration under my name. I'm not sure where the SN is the app can recognize my machine again. I could use a little assistance with getting the app to remember my product. Thank you.

this is super convenient to see where your robot has been and the error messages, but it's difficult to change things on the map and sometimes the maps revert back to what they were before even after changes. deleting apps are difficult, but I'd rather have the app than not.

Once you get a version of the app that works for you, keep it, and do not allow it to update! A previous update wiped out all my room assignments, and I had to re-map everything. The latest update (2026/07/23) has removed the ability to select individual rooms to clean. When it works, the app is great, but watch out for those "improvements and fixes"! Edit: My mistake on the latest version. the ability to select rooms is now an option that I did not see. Works fine now.
