Becoming very intrusive with notifications and all kind of proposals. They believe they are the only application in the phone... didn't find a way to sync my device. Missing the good old app. Example of 'doing too much' edit; +1*, the sync is launched by "pulling down" the sensor name field. This was not obvious, a simple button is much better... Edit: Stay away from this useless app. Most of the time, the sync simply hangs, then no way to see the datas. Now using Home Assistant.

All old data is gone! Why wouldn't they just update the app instead of completely wiping out the old one? And if you're going to create a new one, *import our data into the new app* , it's in the same account! Radon fluctuates over time, so basically this is little starting from a brand new device. So disappointing.

The app unnecessarily requires Internet access to work, a big problem for me. There is no app option for data download to your phone, you must use their website for that. Data sampling issues seem to have improved, but the app has stopped automatically collecting data. I have to start the app and manually trigger download of data from the sensor.

Hi there, there can be a small delay in the app vs the screen of the device since the data must be sent to the cloud before it is shown on the app. Additionally, we are aware of the occasional data gaps in sampling and are working on a fix for this as we speak. Please reach out to support@airthings.com regarding you getting ads in the app.
