I started playing this game around February. I fell in love with the gameplay and the designs of the game. I recently bought a new phone and realized after sending my old phone away that my account was never bound to an actual email just my apple ID. I've reached out to customer support through my main email on 3 separate occasions each one being a bare response. I have given up on finishing this game story. After these interactions I will stay far from this company. Pretty shady.

its like the other players have said its pay to win. You also get stuck at certain levels and cannot advance even if you have done all the dailies. Servers open up way too often causing the server to die off cause everyone hops to the new server. would not recommend this game. if you do not spend it is impossible to keep up with the top players.

If it had a better pallet when making the faces, like less dull and more blush, contour, lip blush, and being able to make your own hair would give it a little more luck, but without getting to make the face cute or pretty like some people would like it's just dull .Plus people might like making their own storyline the one given is just boring people get bored of the game fast.
