The shopping side of this app is still fairly easy to navigate, however paying is another matter. I have not been able to use my points through the app, and had to add my gift card code in through the shop app rather than in the payment system when completing my order. super complicated since changing ownership :( just easier to shop in person

Can someone help? For some reason I can't add more than 3 things in my basket... I've tried selecting different items, different sizes, adding from the wishlist... Restarted my phone several times...

I bought my first set of dungarees on vinted a year ago. I haven't looked back. I love everything on Lucy and Yak. The leo print is my fav. I own most things now. All well-made organic. I just wish they had a store in Scotland. The app is so easy. No problems. Returns are so easy too. Customer service is amazing. ❤️🌻 🐆 edit... the app and website have been awful these past few weeks. nothing loads on either. pretty frustrating 😕 1* taken off until it's fixed
