$$$ well spent for this app. Bad UX. When I toggled the app to the back-/foreground, state was lost. Clueless whether my photo was submitted, I had to start from the beginning. There needs to be an option to attach notes to a photo. What if I want to submit more/less than exactly 3 photos - that's simply not supported. No idea if/when I need to conclude the process. Hope you got my stuff at least once. If I die because I didn't get the care I'd need: blame the developers of this app.

In the middle of the symptom check, at one point the app switches to French (?!). This app definitely shouldn't exist in it's current form, what if someone is in real emergency.... Should they quickly Google translate the question about a possible heart attack or what? 🤣 Overall impression of clumsy, low quality app. Definitely different from the mySwica app.

Pity that there is no choice of language ! This app has a glossary of medical terms, which this app has decided for me that it will be in German. I speak 3 languages, but unfortunately German is not one of the 3 ... Yet their pamphlet is in French.
