Seemy like a poorly implemented app. Lufthansa app recommends this app, signed-up with my Lufthansa Miles & More id, sign-up email link needed to be cut & paste manually (but did work), then the app gets stuck in an endless loop asking for sign-up to be completed. Looks like the type of error caused by untested AI-generated slop .... doesn't exactly inspire a feeling of trust in apps like these.

Firstly, I had a lot of trouble logging into the app. Eventually resolved but now I open it and it just hangs without loading any cards. The whole M&M app family are problematic, not allowing VPN use which I feel is really important when I'm using personal data. This is another poor app.

Similar to other users, when I try to sign up using my miles and more account there are 2 main issues: 1) asks for 2-FA code, but when i exit the app to access the Auth app, it exits the process completely 2) If you do it quick enough, you can get past point 1 by checking the auth app first then going through the process, however once you are told to "complete signup" you go through an endless loop where you confirm the name and DOB and continue, and then sent back to "confirm account"
