Maybe the app and the workouts are working, I don't know. What I do know is that they charge you twice for your subscription and then, they try to make you believe you indeed purchase some sort of unexistent guide. Guide that you never agreed to buy or were never asked to buy! Of course it's never their fault, your are the one who clicked on their invisible link. What a waste of time and money.

I completed a quiz via a Facebook advertisement and paid for the initial test. I later cancelled the subscription, believing it was completed. After a one-month break with no charges, payments resumed for seven months without me noticing. During this entire time, I never logged into the programme and never downloaded or used the app. When I contacted support, I was told my plan was active, yet I could not access or use the service at all. Refund requests were declined. Sharing for transparency.

I have paid £11.99 for one month just to try. It was not good for me so after two days I have never used it. There was no mention it will be an auto renew subscription so they took £47.99 for the next two months without sending notifications emails. It's good that I finally notice the charge this month, otherwise I would have been charged monthly in the future without me knowing. Be careful what you sign for.
