When a shared electricity supply changes, households need to see whose timetable must change and agree on the new plan.
Okugabana helps a group compare declared power-use timetables and record the required approvals. A steward enters the available supply. Each household offers up to three complete acceptable profiles, protected needs and a limit on its accumulated scheduling burden.
REVIEW A REPAIR
Compare the signed parent timetable with a proposed revision. See the energy and declared peak power for each 15-minute slot, the households affected, protected needs and modeled reserve. Approve the exact revision or record an objection. An unchanged household can allow automatic acknowledgements when its signed profile remains unchanged.
KEEP THE SEARCH HONEST
The bounded search considers only the profiles members offered. Results distinguish a proved optimum, a feasible plan found before the search limit, a proved lack of a feasible plan and a search that ended without a plan. A limited search does not claim that no better plan exists.
EXCHANGE SIGNED RECORDS
Invite members with reciprocal codes and a matching safety code. Exchange encrypted records through the optional internet relay, a local Wi-Fi connection or selected files. Missing signatures, incomplete transfers and conflicting edits remain visible. A local agreement does not establish that every disconnected device has the same history.
ENTER AND RECOVER YOUR DATA
Enter whole Wh and W values, import CSV with named columns, or build a complete job profile from a start window, duration and upper power. Review values before signing. Encrypted recovery packs preserve group history without exporting your private identity keys. A new device must rejoin through membership approval before it can sign.
OPTIONAL EXISTENCE TIMESTAMP
After explicit opt-in, publish a salted certificate commitment on Base Sepolia. The app checks the transaction and block. This is a test-network timestamp of a commitment, not a guarantee of permanent availability or proof of correct electricity inputs. Members do not need wallets.
IMPORTANT LIMITS
Okugabana works with manually declared inputs. It does not measure electricity, operate equipment, decide electrical safety or replace a qualified professional. It supports 2 to 200 members and up to 96 slots. Stale or conflicting inputs need review. Agreements may remain incomplete while members are unavailable.
Camera access is optional for invitation QR capture. Android's document picker handles imports and exports. Optional app lock, appearance and language settings are available. Report inappropriate group content from its record or member entry.
