DriftCue: Posture Reminder

Posture drift can happen gradually while you use your phone or work at a desk. DriftCue compares your current position with a reference you calibrate, waits for sustained change, then gives a local cue instead of reacting to every small movement.

PHONE ANGLE GUARD

Calibrate a comfortable way to hold your phone, then start monitoring. DriftCue uses device orientation sensors while you use other apps and can notify or vibrate after your phone stays well below your calibrated reference for the selected dwell time.

DESK CAMERA WITH PRO

Unlock Desk Camera with DriftCue Pro, a one-time purchase with no subscription. Open Desk Camera and position the front camera so your head, shoulders, and hips are visible. DriftCue processes pose landmarks on-device and compares them with your saved desk calibration. Camera monitoring is active only while the Desk Camera screen is visible and stops when you leave it.

BUILT TO AVOID NAGGING

Choose Balanced or Fewer cues sensitivity, select how long drift must persist, and control the cooldown between cues. Snooze or stop Phone Angle Guard from its ongoing notification.

LOCAL HISTORY AND CONTROLS

Review the basic Phone Angle Guard session list and overview insights for free. DriftCue Pro adds detailed session events, cue delivery, and when you returned to your reference. History stays on your device with the same retention in both tiers. Clear history, reset calibrations, or change cue settings at any time, with or without Pro.

PRIVACY

Google Play handles optional Pro payments; DriftCue receives purchase state, never card or payment credentials. Posture data is not sent to billing. Monitoring does not require a DriftCue account or developer cloud service. Camera frames are processed on-device and are not intentionally saved as photos or video or uploaded. Raw high-frequency orientation samples are not stored. DriftCue stores derived calibration, settings, and local session and event summaries. Android backup is disabled and app-owned data is excluded from cloud backup/device-to-device transfer.

DriftCue is for posture and device-use awareness. It does not measure your exact neck angle, diagnose posture problems, or define a medically correct position. Availability depends on device sensors and camera hardware. Desk Camera requires a front-facing camera and camera permission. Visual cues require Android notification permission; haptic cues remain independent.
