Vault is a classic analog watch face built like an old strongroom dial. Ivory numerals sit on dark leather inside an octagonal frame with a screw at every corner, a framed window shows the weekday and date, and skeleton hands with a red seconds hand turn over it all.
THE MONTH RING
Around the edge, a steel ring carries all twelve months. The current month lights up on its own and moves on when the month changes. There is nothing to set.
TWO COMPLICATIONS
The two small dials at the bottom are complications you choose. Out of the box the left one shows your watch battery and the right one your steps, each with its data source's own icon. Press and hold the face, tap Customize, and pick another source - anything that offers short text, a value or an icon - or leave either one empty. A value with a goal is shown as its number, not as a gauge.
TWO APP SHORTCUTS
Above them sit two app shortcut slots. They start empty: pick an app for each in Customize and that app's own icon appears on the dial. Tap it to open the app.
FIVE METAL FINISHES
Antique Brass, Brushed Silver, Rose Gold, Burnished Copper and Glacier Steel. The frame, the hands and the month light change together.
ALWAYS-ON
The always-on screen is pure black: soft numerals at 12, 3, 6 and 9, two thin hands, the date and both complication readings. The textures, the shortcuts and the seconds hand switch off.
GOOD TO KNOW
The weekday follows your watch's language. The month names on the ring and the Customize labels are in English. What a complication can show depends on the apps on your watch. No phone app, no account, no ads, no subscription.
Buy it on your phone, then open the Play Store on your watch, where Vault is waiting in your library. Press and hold your current face, swipe to Vault and tap it.
