Mit Telefónica Corporate Health könnt Ihr gemeinsam Sport machen, Euch gegenseitig Motivieren, Deinem Geist mit Meditationen Gutes tun und vieles mehr.
Finde Dich mit Deinen Kolleg:innen in einem Team zusammen und absolviere Trainings in z.B.: Running, Biking, Yoga, Bodyweight Training oder Meditation, welche sich Deinem Leistungsniveau anpassen.
Bleibe oder werde fit, verbessere Deine Ausdauer und fühle Dich jeden Tag gesund, positiv und munter. Gemeinsam ist es einfacher dauerhaft dranzubleiben! 
 
Zusätzlich finden in der App regelmäßige Challenges statt, darunter der Telefónica Run+. Auch alle weiteren Angebote von Corporate Health findest Du hier.  
Die App unterstützt den Import von Workouts aus ThirdParty Tracker u.a. Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, Garmin und Polar Flow.
Du kannst also auch mit den verfügbaren Trackern und Deiner Workout App trainieren und die Daten anschließend in der Telefónica Corporate Health App importieren.

The app supports the import of workouts from third-party trackers such as Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit, Garmin and Polar Flow.
