I’ve experienced many problems using Nixplay. In particular, after the power was cut once, the device would no longer reconnect to Wi-Fi. Because of this, the time settings cannot be updated. There is no helpful explanation in the app, and the website also lacks proper troubleshooting guidance. Factory reset does not work either. Even when I press the reset button exactly as instructed, the previously registered photos automatically reappear. Overall, controlling and managing the hardware is ext
