App is laggy after the last few updates. The App was working good before but the last few updates have caused it to become slow. When you open the Recent Live View page, it takes time to load the recent live videos which was not the case earlier before the updates. Sometimes it takes ages to open the live view of a particular camera, when you open any particular camera. Developer, please fix this.

All images and videos are in HD, and you're able to take photos and save them to your device. It opens on phones and TVs without any problems. The only thing that could be improved is the playback recordings, which could be closer to live view times. In the app's previous version, before the latest update, you could select any single camera view or multiple camera views on the main screen when the app opened. Now, it shows all camera views. Other than that, the app is good with no issues.

I hate Hikvision Intercome system and Hik-Connect app! From the momment the door-station button is pressed, it takes several seconds for the app to receive the notification. worse yet, the app itself takes more few seconds to open, and in most cases it stays unresponsive for a while. Sometimes I miss the door call and the person could have left before I can even answer the door! Please fix this issue, or I'm seriously not going to recommend the product and might end up replacing it very soon.
