WORST SERVICE EVER. NEVER EVER USE THIS APP. big scam. it works for few months (poorly) and then takes your money and doesn't let you login...when you call the helpline they answer and then hangup after keeping you waiting for ages. DO NOT USE!

I had a very frustrating experience with the ROX app. I purchased a sharing package and accidentally added one wrong number. After deleting that number, I was unable to add another number or even re-add the same number. I contacted customer support hoping they would resolve the issue, but they were unable to help either. A simple mistake should not prevent users from managing their package numbers, and customer support should be able to provide

Very Disappointing Experience with Jazz ROX I had a very disappointing experience with Jazz ROX. 4 weeks ago, I paid PKR 2,800 for the Insane Vibe Package, but unfortunately, I still haven’t received the promised data, nor have I received a refund. all details shared by email with screenshot of transaction and mobile number
