About this app

Write, run, and share JavaScript projects from your Android phone or tablet. Spck Editor for NodeJS combines a mobile code editor, a Node.js terminal, web previews, and Git tools in one app.

Build a web project, try an idea, or fix a bug while you're away from your computer.

Run Node.js on Android
- Run JavaScript programs in the integrated Node.js terminal.
- Install packages with npm and run compatible build tools and project scripts.
- Save commands as tasks so you can run them again quickly.
- Start a development server and preview your project on your device.

Terminal access requires a Spck account. Free accounts can claim a daily terminal trial. For ongoing access, choose a supported subscription or the terminal lifetime purchase. Sign in with the account that owns your subscription or purchase.

Git Without Leaving the Editor
- Clone public or private repositories using your provider credentials.
- Commit, push, pull, manage branches, merge changes, and browse history.
- Review working-file changes in the diff viewer.
- Resolve merge conflicts with Accept Current, Accept Incoming, or Accept Both.

Premium Git Tools
Create and manage pull requests for GitHub.com, GitLab.com, Bitbucket Cloud, and Azure DevOps. Browse open requests, inspect changed files and diffs, and merge or close requests, subject to your provider's permissions and branch rules.

Open a commit to inspect its changed files and read-only diffs without changing your working files.

These Premium Git tools are included with an active Node, Supporter, or Gold subscription, or with the Spck for NodeJS terminal lifetime purchase. A Spck account is required. Basic Git operations remain available without a subscription.

Code Comfortably on Your Phone
- Smart completion and code hints for Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSX, TSX, CSS, Less, SCSS, and HTML.
- Emmet support for faster HTML editing.
- Syntax highlighting for additional languages, including Python, Java, Kotlin, Go, Rust, C, C++, and PHP.
- Automatic indentation and touch keyboard tools for symbols and cursor movement.
- Project-wide search and file filters.
- HTML and Markdown previews, plus a JavaScript console.
- Import and export projects as ZIP files.
- Light and dark themes and a CSS color picker.

Additional language highlighting helps you read and edit code; it does not add runtimes for those languages to the Node.js terminal.

Work on Your Desktop Projects Too
Connect through Spck CLI to edit projects on your desktop or a public VM. Access the host's files and terminal, run your development server, and preview it through Browser Proxy. Remote connections require a Spck account; connection and usage limits depend on your plan.

AI Help When You Need It
Use AI tools to help write, explain, and review code. In-app AI requires a Spck account and is subject to available credits and usage limits. It is separate from the terminal lifetime unlock.

Back Up Your Projects
Export your projects or push them to a Git remote before uninstalling the app or clearing its data. Projects stored in the app can be deleted by these actions.
