got permanent banned for no reason after google play account was stolen from me and refuse to help me I got an email stating "While we always strive to provide the best possible support to our players, unfortunately, we're unable to remove bans from accounts that have violated our policies. We have reviewed the account in question and have confirmed a violation of our policies. As such, the permanent ban will not be removed from the account"

I've been playing since 2012, i stopped playing for a few years after there were no more updates, the game is still amazing and has so much content and so many items to grind for! however, and this is the sad part, the developers don't seem to care about the game anymore, people aren't playing this game anymore, there are no ads being produced and just little updates every now and then of another level cap. If you're in it for the long run of grinding then this game is great but it's dying.

Started playing February of 2012. There used to be a Ton of players. You couldn't even see your Avatar. Standing in the Trade area at the castle. I was Lvl 105. The highest level at the time. Took 4 years to reach that far. Because playing by yourself is almost literally impossible. Out of nowhere, back in 2019. They made it to where if you start using a new device. You can't log in. Because the game doesn't recognize you new device. and you can't change to your new one, now I can't play anymore
