this app is garbage now, continuous adds,play back sucks, looses signal and overall acts terrible. I've had these cameras for years and now with the new update they just want to sell cloud and AI. it acts horrible to fast forward and you waste your time trying to find things stored on the cameras, play back is impossible and won't even show cars in my yard. total junk now. I won't be recommending this anymore, quite the opposite. update: I paid for one month and still Total GARBAGE

drop network frequently, even when it's nearby the router, need to restart multiple times. SD card error every day, requires format everyday.

Doesn't load, constant errors freezes and now you have to watch adds too. Need to subscribe throug their site so if they stop support you can throw camera out. It's now April 2026 still nothing changed... Just useless... Don't buy this...horrible support no answer no fix.... Don't buy their products!!!
