Talabat is becoming one of the most expensive delivery platforms. Prices for items are usually very high compared to what you’d pay directly at the store or restaurant, and the service and delivery fees are also among the highest. Even the Talabat Pro subscription is pricey, and you still end up paying service fees, and sometimes delivery fees too!! Overall, everything feels overpriced compared to the rest of the market. Also they don't have website to place orders, you must use only mobile.

Worst service. Avoid ordering from here. Placed an order, payment was taken immediately, and I waited 30 minutes. Only then was I told the food was out of stock and asked to pick something else. When I cancelled, they said the refund would take up to a week! Unacceptable to waste a customer's time and hold their money for a mistake on their end. Think twice before ordering on Talabat.

If you don't join their pro subscription the application is practically useless, the prices are more than what the restaurants actually sell for, on top of that you pay a service fee and a sales tax, and if you don't have their pro subscription you also get the delivery fee. The only thing that's good is they sometimes make good offers but they are usually on the pro subscription as well.
