Facilitator Space

Facilitator Space is a professional home for people who are serious about facilitation.
Whether you’re building facilitation into your role inside an organisation or growing an independent practice of your own, this is a place to develop your skills, build your career and connect with people who care deeply about the same work.
Because facilitation can be a surprisingly lonely career path.
You might be the only facilitator on your team. You might be figuring out how to turn your skills into a business. Or you might simply want more people around you who understand the weird, wonderful reality of standing in front of a group and helping them do their best thinking.
Facilitator Space is designed to feel like a second home for that.
A place to meet real people doing this work. To swap ideas, ask the questions you can’t always ask elsewhere, learn from people further ahead of you and support people coming up behind you.
And who knows - your next collaborator, co-facilitator, co-founder or lifelong friend might already be in here.
Everything we do is built around three core areas:
Craft. Presence. Practice.
Craft is the practical side of facilitation: designing strong sessions, choosing the right activities, creating flow and helping groups move towards something meaningful.
Presence is how you show up in the room: reading the group, adapting when things change, navigating difficult moments and developing a facilitation style that feels like your own.
Practice is where it all comes together. You’ll have opportunities to try things out, experiment, get feedback and build the confidence and self-trust that only comes from actually doing the work.
But becoming a great facilitator is only part of the picture.
We’ll also talk openly about the career side of facilitation: how to grow inside an organisation, build an independent practice, find opportunities, position your work, money talk, learn from other people’s paths and make this a career that actually works for you.
Inside Facilitator Space, you’ll find:
Coaching calls and community events
Live practice sessions and opportunities to get feedback
Practical tools and resources for real facilitation work
Conversations about building a career in facilitation
Facilitators, trainers, coaches, teachers and L&D professionals at different stages of the journey
A place to ask questions, share what you’re learning and learn from other people doing the work
Genuine connection with people who take facilitation seriously
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you join.
You just need to care about getting better at the craft and building a meaningful career around it.
Come for the facilitation. Stay for the people. That’s how that saying goes, right?
