Had an absolutely bad experience. We booked a flight and a hotel. Hotel booking didn't go through. They made a second suggestion, didn't go through as well. We had to cancel with them and book ourselves. You can't reach anyone who really can help by phone or chat, they always tell you, they are just support and can't book directly. Absolutely the worst company I've ever met for travel bookings. DO NOT USE THEM!

**honestly do not use**. They do not cover you with atol. It has been an utter nightmare to deal with them. if you link your Google account to them (as prompted) it will change the name on your booking. This will happen after you have correctly inputted your details. At no point will the system ask you or catch this glaring error resulting in flights being booked that are unusable. Also, don't expect to get any support within the 24hr period after the purchase was made. 0/5 star.

I booked my flight via lastminute and I bought all the insurances but when it comes to change my return flight to the next day I had to pay 99 euros as the difference while they told me the difference would be 35 euros then they sent an email and told me it would be 75 euros and just in 48 hours of support time it turned to 99 Euros. BTW the flight was more expensive than other platforms. I won't recommend last minute it was my first purchase and it will be last. I don't
