scam app. I bought an order and it gave me "10 items for free with free shipping" and I wasted ten minutes getting things and it was going great and I had to invite some friends and it gets to "99.9" and says "invite one more person" so I do and nothing happens so I think it's a glitch and go out of the app and back in and the entire thing disappeared :/

I've been shopping off of Shein for a year or 2 now with pretty good results. Since my last phone update, this app has been giving me so much trouble. it freezes up, glitches constantly, and has completely crashed the system UI in my phone twice, making me completely restart the entire phone. I'm 100% sure this app is the problem, everything else on my phone works fine, but I try to shop on Shein, and it's just a nightmare. I'm about to get rid of it. Super let down.

Oct 2024 They Lie on Prices! if you look at an item it shows a price. when you put it in the cart, the price changes, then at the check out screen the price per item more than doubles from the cart. They are incredibly sneaky on cost. they give the same response (below) to every complaint about the shady pricing and when asked say it's a "coupon estimate". they know it's causing errors and have no intention of fixing it. still shady as of Dec 2025
