Xodo is an amazing app. Especially for taking notes on slides while you are at the univerdity. I was wondering though if there will ever be a quick select option to add pages. As it is now you have to stop the note taking (edit mode) to be able to add pages. This can take around 30 seconds to add a page. And then you have to cklick on edit again and select the tools you had previously picked which also takes some time. Would be nice to have an "add page" option under the edit tools.

Writing and highlighting tools are good. Allthough quite often the file is not saved and when I open it back again all my notes and highlights are lost. Very frustrating and I don't know what to do. No way to be sure it is saved or not. Supposed to be automatic but apparently doesn't always work. Since I loose my work that often, I rely less on less on it until it's sorted out.

The new paywall is a pity, I understand the many 1-star reviews. I would pay a high 1-time price, but never subscribe. Luckily I mostly need 1 document at a time, so it's okay. Thumbnails of high resolution pdf files aren't saved and need a long time to load every time I start the app though. Goodfor editing, not so great for scanned books and multitasking.
