Very Poor & Unreliable Cab Service I would not recommend relying on this cab service if you have a flight, train, or important meeting to catch. I scheduled a cab for 5:15 PM, but the driver did not arrive as expected. I tried calling several times, but the calls were mostly not connecting. After a long wait and repeated efforts, the driver messaged that he had another drop and would come in another 30 minutes. This put me in a very stressful situation and I almost missed my flight.

I booked a pre-scheduled taxi in Delhi through this app. After waiting for 20 minutes past the booked time, I called the driver. The driver said he was dropping another customer and will 'take some time'. 1 minute after the call, he cancelled the journey. I booked Uber Black afterwards, driver turned up reliably in 5 mins. Would like to request an email address where I can formally make a complaint as there are no contact methods on the app for cancelled journeys. Such unreliable service.

life saver - go to a Viettel shop ASAP, get a tourist SIM, bring passport. download this app, done. as a tourist in Vietnam this app is essential. I got motorbikes & taxis easy-peasy, confirmed destinations with Google maps & always got where I wanted to go. highly recommended. FYI, helpful tip, you can send the driver a photo & message, landmark & what you look like.
