The biggest issue is battery drain. It's a serious battery hog. It drains 1% every 2 minutes--just running in the background (screen off). It also makes my phone really warm. If I had known the app would drain my battery so much, I wouldn't have bought the frames. The home screen is fairly useless, since they're just tutorials that you've already done when setting up the glasses. Deleting photos/videos requires too many steps.

No clear way to start a conversation. The test modes provide a sample but there is nowhere to enter any text to respond back. Update: Restarting the app fixed it, kind of. It froze on first load, then it had no option of entering text or starting a conversation after selecting a username on second load, but 3rd time lucky. Update 2: chat works but no option to use voice as announced anywhere to be found

It started out great with a free plan on the Image Generator. Telling the generator the prompt and it gave you 4 images. Simple: 5 stars! Now you have a middle man with chat which tells the generator what to do in "it's" own words! Not using your exact prompt. And you get one image. So I got used to that and the new Muse model. Then the new (unclear) image limitations came in. So because it takes 10 tries to get 1 image you are happy with, you burn through your images very quickly. Don't bother
