So many products I used to order on Global app are not available on the US app. It's not worth it anymore. And why all the US products?? I shopped at OY for the KOREAN products and their original formulas. This new app is a huge downgrade and very disappointing. Until you let us go back to the Global app, I'll be finding somewhere else to purchase the products I love.

they took away almost all the options on the app. the the app is bland compared to their global marketing strat and all the 1 + 1 deals are gone, at a higher price, and their products are most likely reformulated to meet American FDA standards (hence their low options of products). Kind of a shame!

The Us global shop is so horrible than before. Now all I see is already released product from already seen brands. Now I cannot find interesting brands on the app no more to try. All the category are horrendously put together mixed with already seen american brands on S and U makeup app. This is the worst mistake you can make to us global fans. Deleting this app since I can no longer order overseas for authentic products.
