It was pretty good but could improve. I shouldn't have to click on individual cameras to get them to refresh. Refresh should happen automatically. When on large screen view for individual camera, I should be able to swipe to the next camera without going back to the main screen. Other than that, most all of the cameras and the app are great and user-friendly. I have noticed that with the memory card, very few movements are recorded.

Good monitor that allows use of a SD card. Uploading of the motion captured is very slow to happen, 9 minutes, in-between other motion goes unrecorded. Since the last big update, the microphone does not record outside noise but records you indoors having a conversation without any motion detection. Email...It's very annoying in that to change your email details you have to set up all the cameras again, no simple fix in settings. Dec.25 Constant message "Token expired", then logs you out!

I've used these cameras for years but it's time to move on to a different brand. Since they updated the app a couple months ago, it's been completely useless. Constantly failing to connect. It tries and tries, occasionally connecting for a second or two, then disconnecting. They've put out a couple more app updates since this tragedy began, but nothing has changed. These cameras are now of no use whatsoever. I've been very patient the past couple months, but the security risks are too high. Bye.
