This used to be a good app. I am a premium member, and I can not log in anymore. I have contacted support. They are asking for a screenshot shot of my account. Every time I send it in, they block the image and tell me the email was empty. They just keep sending me the same email asking for a screenshot of my account. Broken record. Support tells me my account does not exist, but if I try to recreate the account the app says my account exists. Such a shame.

The app is great mostly. Discovery does not really exist on this so finding new spots or trails lacks. Navigation is not very user friendly as you have to do multiple clicks to try and find guiding or saving. The trail names are very difficult to read even when zoomed in. Wish it had auto switch from day or dark mode. Have to zoom in to try and click you exact spot to save instead of a button to just save where are. Would be nice to have colored waypoints to differentiate which is camp and not.

Used to be very useful. I've had this app since before Outside purchased and since the purchase it has gotten absurdly expensive and way worse functionally. For the past months I've barely been able to use the app from it freezing and other weird bugs. It wouldn't download the maps I needed for my adventures. I had to rely on other people's gps and traditional printed topos. Now it constantly crashes. The app has only gone downhill from the acquisition and I probably will be switching.
