I signed in then navigated to My Events page and went into infinite loop of authorisations. App was frantically opening the browser, closing it, opening, closing. Just a mess. Has it even been tested once before release? I open the app mostly for quick access to tickets. Now my ticket is in 2 more clicks than before. Most likely gonna use emails instead of the app because it is less clicks. Why hide the essential functionality deep into navigation?

Just awful. 1st, TM is horrible to start. Fees are completely out of control, but that's not new. Appreciate is practically unusable half the time. Extremely slow and a constant stream of blank screens that fail to load or error messages. For example, had to use my web browser just to buy parking tix for an arena and had to force stop the app 3 times to access them. ALWAYS transfer your tix to Google wallet or similar, very strong chance you won't be able to access via this app at the venue.

I get high traffic can slow the app down, but I've just tried booking an event I had a presale code for, I tried the website but every time I pressed the link it opened the app automatically. so I went with the app, and 11 times it crashed at checkout, causing me to lose my tickets. uninstalled the app, opened the browser, 4 minutes later I've got tickets booked! Shows the app isn't fit for purpose.
