Delivery management and communication is bad. I ordered two apparel items, beginning of march. One item is somewhat stuck in customs, for almost a week now. The confirmed delivery expired a few days, but still Joom claims a backup delivery, latest by end of may, which is almost three months since payment. The other item has just left the warehouse, and suppose to arrive in april, like almost two months since payment. The delivery information is very inaccurate, since it can change many times.

I've been using joom for a couple of years now, shopping online is great but sometimes the items you receive don't meet your expectations and that's where joom support comes in. I gave it a 5 star rating because of the support. It's hustle free and straightforward, shipping and handling are included in the price. Tip. Before you buy something, read the reviews and have a look at the pictures to see if it collaborates with the ones on the listings. Happy shopping guy.

Fraudulent app. Ordered 4 t-shirts, 3 came in the wrong colour and one had a terrible quality print on it. nothing official, all cheap (but expensively priced) knock offs. They said they would process refunds, but instead I see that there is an unauthorised pending payment on my credit card instead. Will be reporting to the FCA, and ECCN. They also share your data, without giving you the option to opt out from the start.
