First app to have it all. I'll be honest I didn't use it yet, just browsed through features and I'm amazed. It has all I always needed from such app. From extensive exercises database, alternatives, choosing gym equipment and then matching exercises to statistics on which muscles group and how often were hit during the week. I'm yet to see how good algorithm is to adjust training throughout weeks but I trust is as good as Macro Factor.

I can't tell you the number of attempts I made to get a program that actually followed my available equipment list. I kept getting bodyweight programs over and over again. It drove me nuts. Next, if you want to add an exercise, you have to add the sets and reps yourself. That in itself isn't a problem, but the fact there's no option for the app to suggest them is annoying. Otherwise, it's a great app and I love the integration, but it needs work.

I used RPStrength for 2 years, and that app was amazing for growth, but a little on the expensive side. I thought I'd give something else a try, and I'm on my first meso with MF, happy with the interface, the scaling (might update after first meso). The home vs outside vs work gym configuration setup is brilliant for not having to fiddle with the weights constantly, I like seeing total weight moved during session. The videos can be clipped with Nippard walking in, and 1.5x required.
