"Something went wrong error, try again"... The app developers didn't test well before they rolled out a new update. New user's can't register, don't waist time with the app. The old app was useless as it doesn't do real time tracking, neither does the website. There is no way to track a package accurately, as all data seen is not real time!!!!

Aramex has become one of the worst delivery companies I have dealt with. It used to be one of the best, and I honestly don't know what happened. My package arrived in my country Four days ago, but it still hasn't been delivered. The tracking status keeps changing between "out for delivery" and "delivery failed," yet nobody has contacted me to explain the issue. To make matters worse, there is no real customer service support available, only a useless chatbot that cannot resolve any problems.

not user friendly at all. when filling out addresses list of cities don't show up and when spelling out the city name the name isn't found. my address is listed on the package but they never deliver forcing the customer to go to them. you're a courier company, go DELIVER! Entered a box drop, did not update, was surprised that the office pickup is still showing even though it showed my selection as finalized. companies like Amazon should drop their service. pathetic vendor and pathetic app.
