Horrible! I have not been able to watch a single show due to the constant loading failure errors. have tried all fixes possible but nothing changed. and it seems like I'm not the only one. Watch it, get your act together and fix this.

Worst app I ever used. after all of these years, you cannot implement an exit mechanism when pressing back on Android TV? At least make an exit button which is a very basic requirement! Also the app fails to load any video now on my TV. I have to run it on my phone then broadcast. I think I had enough, if these issues are not fixed, will cancel it next month.

Subject: Video Display Issue on WATCH IT Hello WATCH IT Support Team. The app forces videos into full-screen mode without a fit-to-screen option, causing cropping and display issues. My screen is 6.4 inches, with a resolution of 1080 × 2400 (FHD+) and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Please add an option to switch between full-screen and fit-to-screen modes while preserving the original video aspect ratio. Thank you for your support.
