I use to love this game and would have given it 5 stars. Unfortunately, ever since an update in early July the app has been absolutely awful. It crashes often, locks up requiring a force stop occasionally AND almost worst of all is that it has an error about 300 times a day, and that's not an exaggeration. With every error I have to close the app and restart it or else it won't function properly. I contacted support several weeks ago and got a response but didn’t get a resolution or any help.

This has been one of my favorite apps for a long time. I am changing my rating to two because for the past few months the app has developed a persistent crash every time you start ripping into a few packs that. None of the other collect apps have this issue. Fix it please! I'll happily change my rating back to five stars when I am no longer dealing with it crashing 3 or 4 times a session. *Edit* Thank you for fixing the issue. Rating updated!

Love the game but it keeps giving me error messages, crashing and closing, and took my coins and didn't give me cards a few times. My friends say it's been doing all of those things with them too so we know it's not an issue with our individual phones. Checked for updates on playstore, emptied cache, and checked for phone software updates...all good. Also already emailed the developers with no response. Please fix. It's ruining the gaming experience. Happy to change to 5 stars once tech is fixed
