Provides outdated information for delayed flights even after an hour+ delay (google is more up to date) and when trying to board, does not load the correct boarding pass (repeatedly selected my first flight, but it loaded the QR for my second flight).

app doesn't accurately log your info or prot it to booking a ticket. my whole family had issues with this app. you'd set your DOB, PHONE, EMAIL, FIRST/MIDDLE/LAST NAMES and no matter how many times you try to save it, it would change to the wrong area code, wrong DOB, erase middle names. This has caused issues with your TSA precheck and global entry and checking in for our flight. This basic function of porting and saving info is hugely overlooked.

Gosh I hate to give such a poor review but something needs to be done. First I had to force stop the app in line at Clear, then the app didn't pull my Clear account. I had to get out of line and go get a paper ticket. Complete failure.
