Panasonic H&C Control App gives availability to operate commercial air conditioner in stead of remote controller via Bluetooth. Also this application user can obtain detailed product information, to support and maintenance based on its heating and cooling solutions.
A simple and easy operation and setting tool for commercial air conditioner via Bluetooth.
So you will be able to remote operate for commercial air conditioner with smart phone without operating remote controller directly.

Remote controller for commercial air conditioner is also necessary to use this application.

Tips

- If you experience crashes or other issues after installing an update:

Go to your smartphone's Settings > Apps,
select (this app) and select "Delete".
Be sure to select "Delete including data".

After that, restart your smartphone and try reinstalling the app from the Store.


- If you're having trouble pairing your remote with Bluetooth:

Go to your smartphone's Settings > Bluetooth,
select (your remote's name) and select "Delete" or "Forget".

After that, restart the app and follow the pairing instructions.
Please note that you will also need to operate the remote when pairing.

Important Note

If your RC is [Version 2] (Type B) of model [CZ-RTC6BLW2/CZ-RTC6WBLW2],
please take note of the following.

To begin pairing, you must first perform an operation on the remote controller itself.

1. 　On the RC, select [User Pairing] under [Bluetooth], or select [Pairing] under [Administrator].

2. 　Within "3 minutes", launch the smartphone app and initiate the pairing process within the app.

3. 　If an error occurs in the app at any point (even once):

　 3-1. Delete (or "forget") the Bluetooth connection history on your smartphone,
　 3-2. Restart the app,
　and
　3-3. You must start the process over by selecting [Pairing] on the RC again.
