O aplikaciji
Everything you are working on, in one place.
Lapaas Projects keeps projects, tasks, routines and habits together, so your day and your longer-term work live in the same app instead of four.
PROJECTS THAT SHOW REAL PROGRESS
Break a project into stages, weight them, and see progress that reflects the work rather than a count of ticked boxes. Add tasks with priorities, subtasks, dependencies and repeat rules.
YOUR DAY, FIRST
My Day opens on what is due, what is overdue and what you have finished. Focus Mode gives you one task and a 25-minute timer when you need to actually start.
ROUTINES AND HABITS
Daily routines with reminders, and habits with streaks. Optional sync to your phone calendar, off until you turn it on.
INSIGHTS WORTH READING
Completions by day, hours worked, tasks finished early, and your energy by hour of the day, so you can see when you actually do your best work.
WORK WITH OTHER PEOPLE
Create an organisation, group people into teams, hand tasks to anyone you share one with, and discuss the work in comments on the task itself.
ALSO INSIDE
Notes, meetings with agendas and action items, and project templates to start from.
THREE WAYS TO USE IT
Use Lapaas Cloud and we store your work for you. Connect to your organisation's own server, where everything stays on your network and never reaches us. Or use it offline on this device with no account at all, where nothing leaves your phone.
The free tier is a real tier, not a trial.

Chat is here, and it is end-to-end encrypted. Message the people you work with, mention them, reply, react, and turn a message into a task without leaving the thread.
Encrypted means encrypted: your messages are locked on your device before they leave it, and we cannot read them. Not your conversations, not your files, not even the notification on your lock screen — your phone decrypts that itself.
Chat is part of a paid plan. Everything else works as it did.
