HACCPulse: Food Safety Log

HACCPulse replaces loose paper sheets with a fast, clear routine for small and medium-sized kitchens.

Three-step setup covers the business and location, relevant control points with explicitly confirmed limits, and your own staff profile with a PIN.

Staff record temperatures, opening and closing checks, deliveries, cleaning and probe calibration on a phone or shared tablet. Results outside the limits confirmed by the business require a documented corrective action before completion.

Resolve deviations clearly
If a result falls outside a confirmed range, HACCPulse asks for a corrective action. Add a repeat reading, note or optional photo. Final records are not silently overwritten, and later amendments remain visible.

Keep working offline
After a successful online PIN sign-in, checks can be completed offline within the valid eight-hour authorization. Entries remain stored locally and marked as pending until the server confirms them. Local records are retained if synchronization encounters a conflict.

Reports and exports
Export record overviews for selected periods as PDF or CSV when signed in. The local demo provides CSV exports of sample records.

HACCPulse Pro
A monthly or yearly subscription unlocks one production location. Prices, periods and available offers are loaded from the store and shown in the app. Restore and management options are available from account settings.
